Thinking of joining Wolverton G&S Society?

Don't let the name fool you. Although Wolverton G&S is indeed very proud of its roots in the first railway town, we cover a much wider area than that, with members hailing from as far away as Buckingham, Northampton and Hitchin as well as Milton Keynes.

We are the only G&S society in Milton Keynes and we perform two fully staged shows each year including at least one Gilbert and Sullivan production. We manage to fit in concerts too to give everyone a chance to get involved.

We hold auditions for major roles but not for chorus. Taking part in our shows is so much fun we want everyone to have the chance to join in.

We hope you will join us and be a part of this incredible society. We can offer you some hard work, very expert direction and lots of fun!

We rehearse on Fridays at Hobbyhorse Pre-School, Stony Stratford MK11 1JQ starting at 7:30 pm. We aim to finish around 9:30pm and you will be delighted to hear that there is a tea break!

Membership is currently £100 per year (£90 unwaged) and you can pay monthly if you prefer. You are very welcome to attend a couple of rehearsals before deciding if you want to become fully paid up member.

If you would like to join us please get in touch or come to a rehearsal. You will be made very welcome. If you have mobility issues, you will find our rehearsal and performing venues are easily accessible and we have no problems with wheelchairs etc.
